IPD has acquired Addelec Power Services Pty Ltd.
A specialist provider of low and high voltage electrical services to utilities, infrastructure and data centre applications, Addelec Power Services is a welcome extension of IPD’s fast growing services division.
“The recent acquisition of Addelec Power Services provides IPD customers with specialist maintenance, warranty and refurbishment services, while fitting into IPD’s culture and future direction of the business.” comments Michael Sainsbury, CEO, IPD. “The acquisition plays a key part for the business to back up the recent addition of ABB products, ensuring our customers can receive a full warranty, service and maintenance offering as well as support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
