Executive - Sales Orders / Support

Key responsibilities:
  • Required to process sales orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams by email on order related queries
  • Respond to sales queries from reps
  • Process customer quotes when required
About you:
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in BPO/Customer Service/Operations/Telemarketing
  • Outstanding communication skills both in written and spoken English
  • Good time management skills
  • Should be able to work productively under minimum supervision
  • Willing to work during Australian working hours and days
  • Good knowledge of Industrial Electrical products will be added advantage

Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare drawings related to electrical switchboards
  • Prepare Engineering drawings for product development through R & D
  • Other documentation related to panel board production
Skills required:
  • At least 3 years' experience in preparing electrical switchboard drawings
  • Expert in AutoCAD
  • Ability to work in an orderly manner
  • Should have good command over written & spoken English
